Queensland State Archives

Customer research, Customer journey mapping, Usability testing, Service blueprint, Collaborative design

We conducted in-depth customer and employee research to understand how people find, access and use QSA's collections and services. Through interviews, usability testing, a customer survey and collaborative workshops, we mapped customer journeys and developed service blueprints, generated and prioritised concepts, and identified opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience. The resulting insights and artefacts informed the redesign of QSA’s website and services.

Department of Transport and Main Roads

Smart Ticketing customer research, CX research and testing, Diary studies, and customer intercepts

We conducted customer research throughout Translink’s Smart Ticketing rollout to understand customer behaviours, awareness and experiences across different transport modes and regions. Through customer intercepts, surveys, interviews, CX testing and diary studies, we identified issues and opportunities across the end-to-end journey and provided insights to improve customer communications, station and onboard experiences, and contact centre support.

Toowoomba Regional Council

Information architecture, Customer research, UX design, Usability testing, Co-design, Local government

In our most recent project with Toowoomba Regional Council, we worked collaboratively with Council stakeholders and customers to design and test two iterations of a new information architecture. Insights from each round of testing were used to refine the structure, labels and navigation, helping create a more intuitive online experience that better reflects how customers look for Council information and services.

TAFE Qld

TAFE Queensland

Customer research, Service design, Diary study

We conducted a multi-week diary study and interviews with applicants to understand their end-to-end experience of applying and enrolling at TAFE Queensland. We mapped the customer journey across channels, identifying the behaviours, pain points and service barriers shaping their experience. We then facilitated workshops with teams across web, communications, marketing and other service areas to address channel-specific issues and identify and prioritise opportunities for service transformation.

Queensland Ambulance Services

UX design, Information architecture · Collaborative design, Website design, Queensland Government design system

We conducted customer and stakeholder research to inform the redesign of the Queensland Ambulance Service website. Through interviews and collaborative workshops, we identified users’ goals, information needs, pain points and channel preferences. These insights shaped a new information architecture, personas and user stories, as well as a high-fidelity homepage wireframe aligned with the Queensland Government design system.
