Payment conditions and options

Payment by invoice

Payment by invoice is available and is in Australian Dollars. You will be emailed the invoice and your place at our course will be reserved. Select the ‘Pay by invoice’ option on the enrolment page.

Full payment is due within 7 days of registration. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided at registration and can be paid by Credit Card or by depositing funds into our bank account (as per instructions on invoice). Should you need longer than 7 days please contact us as we understand some large organisations and government departments may require more time to accommodate purchasing policies. Note a credit card processing fee will be charged if you pay the invoice by credit card.

Certification assessment

Our curriculum aligns with two industry certification syllabuses.

The British Computer Society's Foundation Certificate in User Experience. The exam assessment fee for this is £192 GBP.
The User Experience Quality Certification Centre offer the UXQCC - Certified Professional for Usability Engineering - Foundation Level Certificate for €170 Euro.
Note: we no longer issue Pearson Vue / BCS exam vouchers directly.

If you have been assigned a voucher code (applicable only to 2023 and prior enrolments), these cannot be cancelled or refunded. Vouchers expire within 6 months of issue date. If lost, we cannot issue you with a new voucher but we can remind you of the original voucher code.

If you attended a course that is aligned with the BCS syllabus but did not include the exam sitting fee, you are able to contact BCS, The Chartered Institute of IT directly to pay for and sit the exam.

Limit of liability

PeakXD is not liable or responsible for any travel costs or loss or damage as a result of a substitution, cancellation, or postponement of an event. PeakXD shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this seminar inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; unavailability of the trainer due to sickness or health or any other emergency.
