Terms and Conditions

Agreement to terms

By purchasing, attending, or accessing our training products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Intellectual property

All materials (e.g., videos, templates, exercises) are owned by PeakXD and cannot be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes. All video content, including on-demand training materials and live events, is for streaming access only. Members and participants are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, screen capturing, or otherwise saving these videos in any format.

Privacy and data protection

Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy. 

Limit of liability

PeakXD is not liable or responsible for any travel costs or loss or damage as a result of a substitution, cancellation, or postponement of an event. PeakXD shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this seminar inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; unavailability of the trainer due to sickness or health or any other emergency.

Registration and payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Discounts and promo codes must be applied at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If PeakXD cancels the event, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.
  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.
  • You may transfer your ticket to another person, if you notify us 24 hours (or more) prior to the event start time.
  • Email training@peakxd.com.au for cancellations prior to 7 days of the event or transfers prior to 24 hours before the event.

Sessions and recordings

  • All live sessions are for registered participants only. Unauthorised recording, screen capturing, downloading, or redistribution of session content is strictly prohibited.
  • Some sessions may be recorded, and by participating, you agree that PeakXD may use these recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, as well as upload them to the UX Training Portal for future training use. If you do not wish to be included in recorded content, please turn off your camera and microphone during the session.

UX Training Portal and Membership

Monthly membership payments

  • Membership auto-renews and payment will continue to be charged to your card on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.

Annual membership payments

  • Membership auto-renews and payment will continue to be charged, for the full annual amount, on a yearly basis until you cancel your membership. We’ll be sure to remind you as it gets closer to your annual renewal date.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Email training@peakxd.com.au for cancellations, at least 7 days before the of the end of your billing period.

  • Portal access and membership will continue until the end of the billing period.

  • The billing period refers to the recurring timeframe for which your membership and portal access is billed. For monthly memberships the billing period is one calendar month from your sign-up or renewal date. For example, if you subscribe on April 10, your next payment will be charged on May 10, or the next business day. For annual memberships the billing period is 12 months from your sign-up or renewal date.

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual membership purchases. If you request a refund within 14 days of signing up, your annual membership will be downgraded to a monthly membership and you will refunded for the balance of the remaining time. Your membership and access to the UX Training Portal will continue until the end of your first monthly billing period. You will retain access to all benefits included in the monthly membership for that first month. The free Skill-Builder Workshop ticket offered with an annual membership will not be included. After the first month, your membership will end, and you will no longer have access to the UX Training Portal. To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, please contact training@peakxd.com.au within 14 days of your purchase.

Portal access

  • Access to the UX Training Portal will be granted once payment has been received.

  • Membership is for individual use only. Sharing login details may result in termination without a refund.

  • Members are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, screen capturing, or otherwise saving videos in any format. All materials (e.g., videos, templates, exercises) are owned by PeakXD and cannot be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

Membership benefits

  • Includes access to training videos, templates, and member discounts for live events.

  • Benefits may change, and members will be notified in advance of major updates.

Termination and changes

  • PeakXD reserves the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.

  • Membership fees and benefits may be updated, with members notified of any changes in advance.
